Primer/Bonder FAQ

Q: When should I use lash primer?
Use before application to remove oils, improve bonding, and help with retention—especially for oily clients.

Q: Is primer safe for sensitive clients?
Yes, when used properly on the natural lashes only (never on the skin or waterline).

Q: When do I apply the bonder?
After completing the set—apply a small amount to the base of the extensions to cure adhesive instantly and improve retention.

Q: Does bonder sting the eyes?
Not when applied properly. Keep away from skin and avoid oversaturation.

Adhesive FAQ

Q: What is the ideal humidity and temperature for your adhesive?

Our adhesive is designed to work amazingly in any temperature and humidity. If you prefer to have a controlled environment, your adhesive’s sweet spot is usually 40–70% humidity and 68–73°F.

Q: How often should I replace my adhesive dot?

Every 15–20 minutes for best performance.

Q: How long does the adhesive last once opened?

Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on care. Store upright, in a cool/dry space, and burp between uses.

Q: Is your adhesive latex-free?

Yes, completely latex-free and designed for professional use only.

Can I Pick Up my order?
