Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All of our products are ineligible for return/refund. Although we cannot accept the items back due to the possibility of contamination of any kind, please reach out within 30-days to allow us to provide a replacement or solution to your issue. 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement .

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must have a physical defect or have arrived in a broken or damaged condition in which you received it, it must be unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To submit a replacement or refund request, you can contact us at opulentesthetix@gmail.com. Please note that photo or video proof of the defect or damage will need to be sent in your email to keep for our records.

If your refund reason is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement product or refund for the item(s) in question. The replacement will be shipped to the same address the original order was sent to.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement or refund will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We cannot accept requests for exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Please note that our first choice will always be to replace your damaged item. We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your email with replacement/refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
